a 24 year U.S. Army, Special Forces Veteran, President and Chief Executive Officer (CEO) of Advanced Concepts Exploitation, L.L.C. Accomplished professional with over 35 years of providing technology, intelligence and program experts to the Federal Government, and the military. Real operational experience , training, and management in the areas of Special Operations (18D/18F), Surveillance, and Counter-narcotic. Served as an Instructor to the US Army Special Forces Advanced Reconnaissance Target Analysis and Exploitation Techniques Course (SFARTAETC) at Ft. Bragg N.C. , The Military Free Fall School, Yuma Az. and instructor in The Joint Special Operations Medical Training Center as primary instructor in Tactical Combat Casualty Care (TCCC).

Recognized as a subject matter expert (SME) in wireless communications and associated intelligence analysis. Has designed, produced, and presented multiple training courses to the military, intelligence, and law enforcement communities. Has managed, evaluated, and enhanced numerous instructional programs. Christopher Stavrou

Is a former Police Sergeant with over 25 years of experience. Served with the Baltimore Regional Warrant Apprehension task force for over 10 years where he conducted 1000’s of fugitive operations and arrests. Served as a primary breacher/sniper with his department’s SWAT unit for 16 years where he participated in over 2000 high risk operations. Founder and supervisor of his department’s Electronic surveillance unit for over 11 years where he developed operational protocols and participated in hundreds of cellular tracking missions designed to locate fugitives, endangered/suicidal individuals, and prosecute high-level drug trafficking organizations. Responsible for creating training and establishing legal processes for the implementation of cellular tracking operations in the Mid-Atlantic region.

Edwin Ridley

Edwin Ridley a 14-year U.S. Army, Combat Veteran. Edwin served in the 82nd Airborne Division as a paratrooper at Ft. Bragg NC. Served as a primary instructor at the Henry Caro Non-Commissioned Officer Academy (NCOA) teaching the Advanced Leadership Course (ALC) at Ft. Benning GA. Served as a 19D specializing in reconnaissance and surveillance from a variety of different platforms, maneuvering combat elements mounted and dismounted, setting up observation posts, and jumpmaster. Following military service, served at Iredell County Sheriff Office as a detention officer. Edwin was most recently a Law Enforcement Officer for the Statesville Police Department. Edwin is currently a sworn officer with Claremont Police Department.
