Raptor X and Seraph

RaptorX is a 3D Geographic Information System (GIS) product with an extensive plug-in architecture for easy integration of disparate sensors, data services, imagery, elevation data, and more. Lead by the US Department of Energy, the Raptor program started in 1999 as a government initiative to provide a single, extendible software platform to perform command and control (C2) for a wide array of sensors while retaining data fidelity for analysis and detailed visualization. In addition to its C2 capabilities, RaptorX standardizes the data collected from various sensors, enabling cross-source data interaction by one user on one screen while improving the ability to disseminate raw data and analytic products to other users and other systems.
